Crock Pot Chicken Tortilla Soup

Crock Pot Chicken Tortilla Soup
2-3 Chicken Breasts
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Can diced tomatoes with Mexican seasoning 
1 Can Diced Green Chilies
1 Can corn, drained
1 Can black beans, drained
1 packet Taco Seasoning
1 can milk (use the empty soup can)
1 can water (use the empty soup can)
1 can tomato sauce

Mix all ingredients in the crock pot and cook on low for 8-9 hours.  If you put the chicken breasts in whole, shred before serving.  The other option is to chop the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces before you put them in the crock-pot. 

Garnish with sour cream and tortilla strips or chips.
